    • Office 365 and I verified the settings in the admin console side. It's but one user having this issue.

    • Default solution to most office problems is to run a online repair.

Ran it and the button is even so greyed out.

    • Resolved information technology.

Information technology had to practice with the user's privacy settings for Role 365. Once the Enable options continued experiences was enabled the push worked properly again.

    • We have been chirapsia our heads against a wall for a single user who couldn't get any 365 add-ins for so long and this one cheque box stock-still it (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/privacy/optional-connected-experiences). We also turned on the grouping policy ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-united states of america/deployoffice/privacy/manage-privacy-controls) to enable that so that we shouldn't run into the effect again. For reference, if y'all have the Role 365 ADMX, information technology is User Configuration -> Policy -> Administrative Templates -> Office 2016 -> Privacy -> Trust Centre, policies are  "Allow the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office" and " Allow the use of connected experiences in Function" to enable.

Thank you for posting the solution. Hopefully this extra detail fills in any gaps and saves somebody some fourth dimension.

    • This worked for me. Thanks for the help.
